How was your month? How was your paycheck? We keep hearing from outside techs: "we're slow, we don't have cars, my hours are down."

Meanwhile, Yes Automotive continues to set new sales records month after month!

If you want to find out how, reach out. Text 260-417-4400 to learn more.

Pay is based on experience, and we pay more than the average shop. It's rare when we don't beat your current pay (even at a franchise dealer).

We are a VERY busy shop, and your pay will NEVER be capped. The harder you work, the more money you make. There will never be a shortage of work. We advertise hugely, and our parking lot is ALWAYS full. We are hands down the FASTEST GROWING shop in Fort Wayne, and we want the BEST technicians.

The numbers back it up: In the last year, we've grown our monthly revenue by over 100% and our repair order count by nearly 50%. This month alone we're on pace for 325 ROs and revenue growth of over 140% year-over-year. That's not luck, that's demand. And it means one thing for you: steady, real work, every week, for every tech on our team.

Due to our fast growth, we're hiring Two EXPERIENCED, HIGH-LEVEL Automotive Technicians who want more than just a job. We're looking for techs who want a long-term home. There will be future growth opportunities as we continue to level up!

Got an experienced buddy you love working with? Bring them with you and we'll give you bays right next to each other.

Tired of sweating at work? We were too. That's why we installed A/C in both of our buildings, so our team isn't miserable during those 90+ degree Indiana summers.

Why'd we make the investment? We promised our techs that if they hit our record production goal, we'd install A/C. They delivered, and we kept our word.

That's how we do things at Yes Automotive. When our team works hard and achieves great things, we recognize it, reward it, and invest right back into them. Promises matter, and hard work gets rewarded.
